nyc! i was in new york for the weekend before i flew to la, and i had THE best time. i think my friends and i made up every new joke there is.
so first off, of course, being in new york, i saw a plethura of amazing walls on my visit. the art collages that these walls deliver you just can not get anywhere else. i should know, i am in la, and haven't found that many cool walls yet....but they could be here somewhere....
and who ever makes these drawings with the birds and pastes them up, please marry me. they break my heart open.
so the highlights of the nyc trip are as follows.....
seeing amanda lapore on fifth avenue.
for those of you who don't know who that is, and i assume that is a lot of you, google her.
really cool iron maiden sneakers.
josh and i went on a long walk uptown. beautiful trees and versace.
corn and mac salad.
so seriously, this kid roller up and was like, "yeah, i am in town from long beach bra, totes gnar gnar!" um, it's really cold out.

i went to a roller derby party in brooklyn. the guy with the afro's girlfriend almost beat me up, no joke, for touching his hair.
